The Writing Across the Curriculum⁺ (WAC+) Program currently offers one-on-one consultations to educators to provide guidance and feedback on topics related to teaching science-specific communication. Previous consultation topics have included:

Writing assignment design and/or assessment design, including rubrics;
Strategies for helping students to improve their writing process (e.g. concept mapping), potentially including a class visit to provide support for these strategies; and
TA training on topics relating to teaching and assessing writing (e.g. providing effective feedback).
